發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)用途：用于機(jī)械、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的動(dòng)力實(shí)驗(yàn)，設(shè)備調(diào)試，具有較好的平面穩(wěn)定性和韌性，根據(jù)需方的要求在工作面上加工T型槽、圓孔、長(zhǎng)孔等。并預(yù)留地腳螺栓孔。

發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)：上面可以有孔或T型槽，用來(lái)固定工件，和清理加工時(shí)產(chǎn)生的鐵屑或放以固定銷(xiāo)。也可以設(shè)計(jì)成平面。

發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)材質(zhì)：高強(qiáng)度鑄鐵HT200-300，工作面硬度為HB170-240，經(jīng)過(guò)兩次人工處理（人工退火600度-700度和自然時(shí)效2-3年），使用該產(chǎn)品的精度穩(wěn)定，耐磨性能好。

發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)精度：按國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計(jì)量檢定規(guī)程執(zhí)行，分別為0、1、2、3四個(gè)等級(jí)。平板的表面質(zhì)量和涂色法檢驗(yàn)，0級(jí)、1級(jí)平板在每邊為25mm平方的范圍內(nèi)不少于25點(diǎn)；2級(jí)平板在每邊為25mm平方的范圍內(nèi)不少于20點(diǎn)；3級(jí)平板在每邊為25mm平方的范圍內(nèi)不少于12點(diǎn)。
