鑄鐵平板的連接壁圓角重要性

鑄鐵平板壁的連接設(shè)計是否正確，對防止鑄鐵平板產(chǎn)生縮孔、縮松、變形、裂紋及粘砂等缺陷和提高鑄鐵平板鑄件質(zhì)量都有很大的影響。設(shè)計中注意以下幾方面：
1、鑄鐵平板的壁間鏈接處都應(yīng)有鑄造圓角。無圓角結(jié)構(gòu)鑄鐵平板，在直角處鑄鐵積聚，熱節(jié)圓比別處大，易產(chǎn)生縮孔和縮松，且內(nèi)側(cè)轉(zhuǎn)角處應(yīng)力集中嚴(yán)重，易產(chǎn)生裂紋。此外，灰鐵金屬易產(chǎn)生柱狀晶體，在直角處晶體直交，晶體間的結(jié)合力薄弱，鑄鐵平板轉(zhuǎn)角處力學(xué)性能下降，更促進(jìn)了裂紋的產(chǎn)生。圓角還有利于造型，避免鑄型尖角損壞而形成砂眼，使鑄鐵平板美觀。
2、為了減少熱節(jié)，避免鑄件產(chǎn)生縮孔、縮松等缺陷，鑄鐵平板上筋板的連接應(yīng)盡量避免交叉。筋板的連接應(yīng)采用環(huán)形接頭。
3、厚壁與薄壁間的鏈接要逐步過渡，設(shè)計鑄鐵平板鑄件時，當(dāng)壁厚不能保證均勻時，厚壁與薄壁的連接應(yīng)采用逐步過渡的方法，以避免產(chǎn)生應(yīng)力集中和裂紋。壁厚均勻的細(xì)長鑄鐵平板和較大的鑄鐵平板鑄件等剛度較差的鑄件和壁厚不均勻的機床床身類鑄件，均易產(chǎn)生變形。設(shè)計這類鑄鐵時，將截面設(shè)計成對稱形狀，或加助板提高剛度結(jié)構(gòu)方式，可以防止變形。

weak, and the mechanical properties of cast iron plate at corner are reduced,
which further promotes the crack generation. Round corners are also conducive
to the shape, avoid the damage of the sharp corners of the casting and form
sand holes, so that the cast iron plate is beautiful.
2. In order to
reduce hot spot and avoid shrinkage and porosity, the connection of ribs on
cast iron plate should avoid crossing as far as possible. Ring joints shall be
used for the connection of stiffeners.
3. The
connection between thick wall and thin wall should be transited step by step.
When the thickness of cast iron slab castings is not uniform, the connection
between thick wall and thin wall should be transited step by step to avoid
stress concentration and cracks. Slender cast iron slab with uniform wall
thickness and larger cast iron slab with poor stiffness and machine tool body
castings with uneven wall thickness are prone to deformation. When designing
this kind of cast iron, the deformation can be prevented by designing the cross
section into a symmetrical shape or by increasing the stiffness of the
reinforcement plate.
