三坐標平板詳細介紹

三坐標平板又叫三坐標平臺，是一種適用于各種三座標檢驗測量工作，機床機械檢驗測量基準的鑄鐵平板;還可用于檢查機械零件的尺寸精度或形位偏差，平板表層附有三座標線，更方便三座標測量。

三坐標平板/三坐標平臺的材質選用高強度鑄鐵HT200-300，工作表面硬度在HB170至HB240之間，經(jīng)過人工退火600度-700度和自然時效兩三年后，使得三坐標平板/三坐標平臺的精度更加穩(wěn)定，耐磨性能更趨于良性。

三坐標平臺，三坐標平板精度：按國家標準計量檢定規(guī)程執(zhí)行，分別為0、1、2、3四個等級平板安裝就調(diào)至水平板、負荷均勻分布于各支點上。環(huán)境溫度(20±5)℃。使用時應避免振動。

The surface of the flat plate has three coordinate lines, which is more convenient for three-coordinate measurement.

High strength cast iron HT200-300 is selected as the material of the three-coordinate plate/three-coordinate platform. The hardness of the working surface is between HB170 and HB240. After artificial annealing 600-700 degrees and natural aging for two or three years, the precision of the three-coordinate plate/three-coordinate platform is more stable and the wear resistance is more benign.
