調(diào)整平板工作的原理

平臺(tái)是劃線、測(cè)量、鉚焊、工裝工藝不可以缺少的工作臺(tái)，也可以做機(jī)械試驗(yàn)臺(tái)等等。調(diào)整平板用于各種檢驗(yàn)工作，如精密測(cè)量用的基準(zhǔn)平面，各種機(jī)床機(jī)械的檢驗(yàn)測(cè)量，檢查零件的尺寸精度、行位偏差，并作出精密劃線。調(diào)整平板是印刷行業(yè)、電纜行業(yè)、鐵路、電纜行業(yè)、交通領(lǐng)域、建筑行業(yè)、鐵路機(jī)車、環(huán)保設(shè)備、液壓設(shè)備、電纜行業(yè)、石油化工等多種行業(yè)不可缺少的產(chǎn)品。在平板的相對(duì)兩側(cè)面上，應(yīng)有安裝手柄或吊裝位置的設(shè)置、螺紋孔或圓柱孔。調(diào)整平板采用箱體式、筋板式或其他結(jié)構(gòu)型式。調(diào)整平板經(jīng)檢定符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求后，應(yīng)附有產(chǎn)品合格證；產(chǎn)品合格證上應(yīng)有本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)號(hào)和產(chǎn)品序號(hào)。調(diào)整平板工作面的硬度應(yīng)為HB170— 220或187—255之間。

After checking and verifying that the adjustment plate meets the requirements of the standard, the product qualification certificate shall be attached, and the standard number and product serial number of the standard shall be attached to the product qualification certificate. Adjusting the hardness of flat face should be between HB170-220 or 187-255.
