鑄鐵檢測(cè)基礎(chǔ)平板制作過(guò)程中的物理性能
時(shí)間:2016/1/26 8:51:45 瀏覽量:472鑄鐵檢測(cè)刮研平板(刮研平臺(tái))在使用時(shí)要先進(jìn)行安裝調(diào)試,常用調(diào)整墊鐵調(diào)節(jié)水平,購(gòu)買(mǎi)本廠鑄鐵刮研平板附贈(zèng)相應(yīng)規(guī)格調(diào)整墊鐵,首先把檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)的工作面清理干凈,在確認(rèn)沒(méi)有問(wèn)題的情況下使用,使用過(guò)程中,要注意避免工件和平板的工作面有過(guò)激的碰撞,防止損壞檢驗(yàn)平板(檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái))的工作面;工件的重量不能超過(guò)檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)的額定載荷,否則會(huì)造成工作質(zhì)量降低,損壞平板的結(jié)構(gòu),甚至?xí)斐善桨遄冃危怪疅o(wú)法使用。鑄鐵檢測(cè)刮研平板的鑄造應(yīng)力、變形和開(kāi)裂及其防止。
鑄造應(yīng)力的形成:鑄鐵件再凝固后冷卻過(guò)程中,溫度將繼續(xù)下降而產(chǎn)生收縮,如收縮收到阻礙,便會(huì)在鑄件中產(chǎn)生鑄造應(yīng)力。
鑄造應(yīng)力按其形成原因可分為熱應(yīng)力、相變應(yīng)力和機(jī)械阻礙力3種。
熱應(yīng)力:由于鑄鐵件的各部分在冷卻過(guò)程中的冷卻速度不同,造成各部分的收縮量不同,單鑄件各部分聯(lián)為一個(gè)整體,彼此間互相制約而產(chǎn)生應(yīng)力。鑄鐵檢驗(yàn)刮研平板這種由于線收縮受熱阻礙而產(chǎn)生的熱應(yīng)力一般成為鑄件內(nèi)的殘留應(yīng)力,其大小與鑄件厚壁部分由塑性狀態(tài)變?yōu)閺椥誀顟B(tài)時(shí)厚薄兩部分的溫度差成正比,即鑄件的壁厚差愈大,殘留熱應(yīng)力也愈大。凡能促使鑄件同事凝固及冷卻速度的因素,都能減小鑄件中的殘留熱應(yīng)力。

First of all, clean the working face of the inspection platform, use it when there is no problem, and pay attention to avoiding during use. No excessive collision between the workpiece and the working face of the flat plate can prevent damage to the working face of the inspection flat plate (inspection platform); the weight of the workpiece can not exceed the rated load of the inspection platform, otherwise, the working quality will be reduced, the structure of the flat plate will be damaged, and even the flat plate will be deformed, making it unusable. Cast iron detects casting stress, deformation and cracking of scraping and lapping plate and prevents them.
Foundry stress formation: During the cooling process of cast iron after solidification, the temperature will continue to decrease and shrinkage will occur. If the shrinkage is hindered, the casting stress will occur in the casting.
Casting stress can be divided into thermal stress, phase change stress and mechanical hindrance force according to its causes.
Thermal stress: Because of the different cooling speed of each part of the cast iron in the cooling process, the shrinkage of each part is different. Each part of the single casting is united as a whole, which restricts each other and produces stress. The thermal stress of scraping and lapping slab in cast iron inspection is usually the residual stress in the castings, which is proportional to the temperature difference between the thick and thin parts when the thick wall part of the castings changes from plastic state to elastic state. That is to say, the bigger the wall thickness difference of the castings is, the bigger the residual thermal stress is. The residual thermal stress in the castings can be reduced by all factors that can promote the solidification and cooling rate of the castings colleagues.
