消失模鑄造技術(shù)簡介

消失模鑄造（又稱實(shí)型鑄造）是用泡沫塑料（EPS、STMMA或EPMMA）高分子材料制作成為與要生產(chǎn)鑄造的零件結(jié)構(gòu)、尺寸完全一樣的實(shí)型模具，經(jīng)過浸涂耐火涂料（起強(qiáng)化、光潔、透氣作用）并烘干后，埋在干石英砂中經(jīng)三維振動(dòng)造型，澆鑄造型砂箱在負(fù)壓狀態(tài)下澆入熔化的金屬液，使高分子材料模型受熱氣化抽出，進(jìn)而被液體金屬取代冷卻凝固后形成的一次性成型鑄造新工藝生產(chǎn)鑄件的新型鑄造方法。

對于消失模鑄造有多種不同的叫法，國內(nèi)主要的叫法還有“干砂實(shí)型鑄造”“負(fù)壓實(shí)型鑄造”，簡稱EPS鑄造。國外的叫法主要有：lost foam process ( USA )、policast process ( Italy )等。

與傳統(tǒng)鑄造技術(shù)相比，消失模鑄造技術(shù)具有無與倫比的優(yōu)勢，被國內(nèi)外鑄造界稱為“21世紀(jì)的鑄造技術(shù)”和“鑄造工業(yè)的綠色革命”。

消失模鑄造有下列特點(diǎn)：

1、鑄件質(zhì)量好，成本低；

2、材質(zhì)不限，大小皆宜；

3、精度高、表面光潔、減少清理、節(jié)省機(jī)加；

4、內(nèi)部缺陷大大減少，鑄件組織致密；

5、可實(shí)現(xiàn)大規(guī)模、大批量生產(chǎn)；

6、適用于相同鑄件的大批量生產(chǎn)鑄造；

7、適用于人工操作與自動(dòng)化流水線生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行控制；

8、生產(chǎn)線的生產(chǎn)狀態(tài)符合環(huán)保技術(shù)參數(shù)指標(biāo)要求；

9、可以大大改善鑄造生產(chǎn)線的工作環(huán)境與生產(chǎn)條件、降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度、減少能源消耗。

Brief Introduction of EPC Technology

Lost foam casting (EPS, STMMA or EPMMA) is a solid mould made of foamed plastics (EPS, STMMA or EPMMA) with exactly the same structure and size as the parts to be cast. After dipping and drying, it is buried in dry quartz sand and made by three-dimensional vibration. Mold casting sand box is poured into molten metal liquid under negative pressure to make the polymer material model heated, gasified and extracted, and then replaced by liquid metal after cooling and solidification to form a new one-time forming casting process to produce castings.

There are many different names for lost foam casting. The main names in China are "dry sand solid casting" and "negative compaction casting", which are referred to as EPS casting. The foreign names are lost foam process (USA), policast process (Italy) and so on.

Compared with traditional casting technology, lost foam casting technology has incomparable advantages. It is called "casting technology of the 21st century" and "green revolution of foundry industry" by foundry circles at home and abroad.
