鐵地板別名：鑄鐵地板-試驗鐵地板-鑄鐵平板-鑄鐵板平臺。

鐵地板組成附件：鑄鐵平臺由鑄鐵地板本體、導(dǎo)油槽、護(hù)套及蓋板、地腳螺栓等。

鐵地板所用材質(zhì)：HT200-250；機械性能抗拉強度：不小于250Mpa，硬 度： HB180 -226，利用高強度概念，使各部位壽命相等。
鐵地板上工作面板厚度均勻，縱向、橫向筋板均勻分布，使底板結(jié)構(gòu)對稱，即各部位強度相等又提高剛度；鐵地板的工作面厚度、四周厚度、筋板厚度按圖紙要求進(jìn)行鑄造，確保壁厚均勻，減少鑄件收縮過程中的內(nèi)應(yīng)力，防止變形。
鐵地板必須進(jìn)行兩次熱處理，即毛坯一次，粗加工完后一次，以消除內(nèi)應(yīng)力，防止變形；鐵地板T型槽加工面不得存在任何加工不掉的鑄造缺陷，其它加工表面允許存在的鑄造缺陷為：直徑200mm范圍內(nèi)允許存在1個，尺寸為直徑3mm，深度2mm，最多允許15個（4000*1900平面面內(nèi)）；非加工表面允許存在的缺陷范圍：直徑100內(nèi)允許存在1個，尺寸為直徑3mm，深度2mm；鑄件應(yīng)清砂，非加工表面噴底漆G06-4 ZBG51010-87；
鐵地板工作平臺(上表面)的尺寸公差、平面度、平行度均按相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確定。
供方按長度要求設(shè)計地腳螺栓孔，安裝后螺母不得高出底板平面，并提交地腳螺栓的土建澆鑄要求，負(fù)責(zé)地腳螺栓澆鑄定位，監(jiān)督澆鑄偏移，并對澆鑄結(jié)果進(jìn)行復(fù)測。
按配置機組底架的寬度系列尺寸布置，其長度方向能承受加工、運動、吊裝、安裝時的外力。、安裝時按地腳螺栓孔的位置放入相應(yīng)的機床調(diào)整墊鐵，10～15mm可調(diào)，地腳螺栓孔配蓋板。

The defect is: one is allowed in the diameter of 200mm, the size is 3mm in diameter, the depth is 2mm, and the maximum is 15 (4000*1900 plane in-plane); the defect range allowed in the non-machined surface: one is allowed in the diameter 100, Dimensions are 3mm in diameter and 2mm in depth; castings should be sanded, non-machined surface spray primer G06-4 ZBG51010-87;
The dimensional tolerance, flatness and parallelism of the iron floor work platform (upper surface) are determined according to relevant standards.
The supplier shall design the anchor bolt hole according to the length requirement. After installation, the nut shall not be higher than the plane of the bottom plate, and submit the requirements for the civil construction casting of the anchor bolt, be responsible for the casting positioning of the anchor bolt, supervise the casting offset, and re-test the casting result.
According to the width series size of the unit chassis, the length direction can withstand the external force during processing, movement, lifting and installation. In the installation, press the position of the anchor bolt hole into the corresponding machine adjustment horn, 10~15mm adjustable, and the anchor bolt hole is equipped with a cover plate.
