如何用補(bǔ)點(diǎn)銜接測(cè)量法檢定鑄鐵平臺(tái)度？

用自準(zhǔn)直儀檢定鑄鐵平臺(tái)平面度時(shí)，自準(zhǔn)直儀的放置應(yīng)穩(wěn)固可靠。其放置方法有兩種：一是安置在平板之外的專用支架或臺(tái)子上；二是安置在平板工作面上。由于以從儀器發(fā)出的平行光為測(cè)量基準(zhǔn)，若安置不當(dāng)，將產(chǎn)生較大的測(cè)量誤差。

前一種方法如采用不可調(diào)的專用支架，難以使橋板表面與支架表面等高，采用可調(diào)式支架調(diào)整也相當(dāng)費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)事，因支架與被測(cè)平臺(tái)不為同一基準(zhǔn)。然后一種方法則可實(shí)現(xiàn)基面統(tǒng)一，并且調(diào)整方便，找像容易。但自準(zhǔn)直儀占據(jù)了平板的一定位置，不能測(cè)得平板全長(zhǎng)數(shù)據(jù)。采用補(bǔ)點(diǎn)法進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)銜接，可實(shí)現(xiàn)全長(zhǎng)測(cè)量。

In the former method, if a special bracket that is not adjustable is used, it is difficult to make the surface of the bridge board and the surface of the bracket high, and adjustment by the adjustable bracket is also quite time-consuming and troublesome, because the bracket and the platform to be tested are not the same reference. Then a method can realize the uniformity of the base surface, and the adjustment is convenient, and the image finding is easy. However, the self-collimator occupies a certain position of the flat plate, and the full-length data of the flat plate cannot be measured. The full-length measurement can be achieved by using the complementary point method for data connection.
