鑄鐵方箱標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢驗(yàn)過程

用途：方箱主要用于零部件的平行度、垂直度等的檢驗(yàn)和劃線。方箱是用鑄鐵制成的具體6個工作面的空腔正方體，其中一個工作面上有V型槽。方箱檢定的環(huán)境條件：常溫、常濕。
要求：方箱各工作面不能有銹跡、劃痕、裂紋、凹陷以及影響計量性能的其他缺陷。非工作面應(yīng)清砂涂漆，棱邊倒角。在方箱內(nèi)壁應(yīng)有標(biāo)牌，并標(biāo)有規(guī)格尺寸，級別出廠編號、制造廠名稱。
精度：對于刮研制方箱除檢定平面度外，還要用涂色法檢定接觸斑點(diǎn)。在邊長為25mm任意正方形內(nèi)斑點(diǎn)數(shù)為：1級、2級不少于25點(diǎn)；3級不少于20點(diǎn)。

這一檢定還應(yīng)在方箱工作面的縱向、橫向和對角線方向的幾個截面上進(jìn)行。在測得的各個位置的直線中誤差方向一致時取其最大值，當(dāng)誤差方向不一致時取其最大正差與最大負(fù)差絕對值之和，為該受檢面平面的平面度。

鑄鐵方箱：按JB/T3411.56-99標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制造，材料HT200。

Accuracy: In addition to verifying the flatness of the square box, the contact spot is also determined by the coloring method. The number of spots in any square with a side length of 25 mm is: 1 level, 2 levels is not less than 25 points; level 3 is not less than 20 points.
This test shall also be carried out on several sections in the longitudinal, transverse and diagonal directions of the square face. When the error directions in the straight lines of the measured positions are the same, the maximum value is taken. When the error directions are inconsistent, the sum of the maximum positive difference and the absolute value of the maximum negative difference is taken as the flatness of the plane of the examined surface.
