帶V型槽的T型槽方箱使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

2. 精度：對(duì)于刮研制方箱除檢定平面度外，還要用涂色法檢定接觸斑點(diǎn)。在邊長(zhǎng)為25mm任意正方形內(nèi)斑點(diǎn)數(shù)為：1級(jí)、2級(jí)不少于25點(diǎn)；3級(jí)不少于20點(diǎn)。

3. 技術(shù)要求：鑄鐵方箱：按JB/T3411.56-99標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制造，材料HT200。鑄件須經(jīng)回火處理，不許有氣孔砂眼等鑄造缺陷，V型槽應(yīng)對(duì)稱(chēng)與各對(duì)應(yīng)面的不垂直度不大于0.005，內(nèi)表面涂紅色防銹油，工作面硬度為HB170-240. 方箱各工作面不能有銹跡、劃痕、裂紋、凹陷以及影響計(jì)量性能的其他缺陷。非工作面應(yīng)清砂涂漆，棱邊倒角。在方箱內(nèi)壁應(yīng)有標(biāo)牌，并標(biāo)有規(guī)格尺寸，級(jí)別出廠(chǎng)編號(hào)、制造廠(chǎng)名稱(chēng)。

4．鑄鐵方箱檢定方法：對(duì)于邊長(zhǎng)為300mm及以下的方箱，檢定時(shí)在方箱被檢面的兩端各放置1mm的量塊，把刀口尺放在量塊工作面上，然后在其各被檢點(diǎn)處用量塊試塞，當(dāng)量塊組剛剛?cè)霑r(shí)的尺寸與兩端量塊尺寸之差為該被檢點(diǎn)對(duì)兩端之間的偏差。這一檢定還應(yīng)在方箱工作面的縱向、橫向和對(duì)角線(xiàn)方向的幾個(gè)截面上進(jìn)行。在測(cè)得的各個(gè)位置的直線(xiàn)中誤差方向一致時(shí)取其最大值，當(dāng)誤差方向不一致時(shí)取其最大正差與最大負(fù)差絕對(duì)值之和，為該受檢面平面的平面度。

4. Verification method of cast iron square box: For square box with side length of 300 mm or less, 1 mm measuring blocks are placed at both ends of the checked side of the box, the knife ruler is placed on the working face of the measuring block, and then the test plug is used at each checked point. The difference between the size of the measuring block group just inserted and the size of the measuring blocks at both ends is the checked point pair. Deviation between ends. This verification should also be carried out on the longitudinal, transverse and diagonal sections of the square box working face. The flatness of the inspected plane is the sum of the absolute value of the maximum positive difference and the maximum negative difference when the direction of the error is the same in the straight line of each position measured, and the absolute value of the maximum positive difference and the maximum negative difference when the direction of the error is inconsistent.
