合像水平儀準(zhǔn)確讀數(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

時(shí)間：2015/12/10 14:40:22 瀏覽量：494 合像水平儀是利用棱鏡將水準(zhǔn)備器中的氣泡像合像，放大來(lái)提高瞄準(zhǔn)讀數(shù)的精確度。合像水平儀的水準(zhǔn)器氣泡主要起對(duì)零作用。避免了水準(zhǔn)泡的刻線誤差。水準(zhǔn)泡的分度值為0.1mm/m,經(jīng)機(jī)構(gòu)放大使儀器具有0.01mm/m的分度值。這是因?yàn)闇y(cè)微螺桿螺距為0.5mm，刻度盤的分劃為100等分，所以刻度盤轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)1分度時(shí)，測(cè)微螺桿移動(dòng)量為0.005mm，通過(guò)5：1的杠桿機(jī)構(gòu)，則杠桿短臂使水準(zhǔn)器浮動(dòng)端移動(dòng)0.001mm，由于水準(zhǔn)器的固定支點(diǎn)至浮動(dòng)端距離為100mm，則水準(zhǔn)器氣泡傾斜角為0.001/100（rad）,即刻度盤分度值為0.01mm/m，這樣儀器保持了0.1mm/m水準(zhǔn)泡的穩(wěn)定性，又提高了讀數(shù)準(zhǔn)確度。又因?yàn)樗疁?zhǔn)器的玻璃管表面不刻度，玻璃管的曲率半徑可以減小，從而縮短了氣泡的穩(wěn)定時(shí)間。

由于合像水平儀采用光學(xué)放大，并以雙像重合來(lái)提高對(duì)準(zhǔn)精度，改善了使用效果。

合像水平儀利用杠桿，測(cè)微螺桿這一套傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)提高讀數(shù)的靈敏度。當(dāng)主水準(zhǔn)器傾斜0.1mm/m時(shí)，氣泡移動(dòng)量為2mm，水準(zhǔn)器固定支點(diǎn)至活動(dòng)端距離約為100mm，當(dāng)水準(zhǔn)器活動(dòng)端升降0.001mm時(shí)，水準(zhǔn)器氣泡移動(dòng)量為0.2mm。由于氣泡兩端是經(jīng)棱鏡多次反射成本像，又經(jīng)目鏡放大2-3倍，所以當(dāng)刻度盤轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)一個(gè)分度時(shí)，在觀察窗中見到的像移動(dòng)0.8mm左右，因此很容易地鑒別由水平儀微小傾角所引起的兩圓孤頂點(diǎn)的偏離量。又因水泡兩端像是各移動(dòng)一半趨向重合，從而提高了合像時(shí)的對(duì)準(zhǔn)精度。這就是說(shuō)，水平儀傾斜一個(gè)分度值，在讀數(shù)目鏡中已看出氣泡的半個(gè)像有顯著的變化，從而使儀器靈敏度高，讀數(shù)分辨率高。

合像水平儀的分度值一般為0.01mm/m，由于采用螺旋副調(diào)節(jié)裝置，水準(zhǔn)器始終處于水平位置，水泡儀起指零作用。儀器測(cè)量范圍可達(dá)±5mm/m±10mm/m。

The image synthesizer uses prism to synthesize the bubble image in the water preparer and enlarge it to improve the accuracy of aiming reading. The bubbles in the level of the collimator level mainly play a zero-to-zero role. The calibration error of the level bubbles is avoided. Because the surface of the glass tube of the level is not calibrated, the curvature radius of the glass tube can be reduced, thus shortening the stability time of the bubbles.
Because the collimator uses optical amplification and double image coincidence to improve the alignment accuracy and improve the use effect.
The image synthesizer uses a set of transmission mechanism of lever and micro-screw to improve the sensitivity of reading. When the main level tilts 0.1M m/m, the bubble movement is 2mm, the distance between the fixed fulcrum of the level and the moving end is about 100mm, and when the moving end of the level rises or falls 0.001mm, the bubble movement is 0.2mm. Since the two ends of the bubble are multi-reflection cost images by prism and magnified by eyepiece 2-3 times, when the dial turns a scale, the image seen in the observation window moves about 0.8 mm, so it is easy to identify the deviation of the two solitary vertices caused by the small inclination of the level gauge. The alignment accuracy is improved because the two ends of the bubble tend to coincide with each other. That is to say, the gradient of the level instrument is tilted, and the half image of the bubbles has been markedly changed in the reading number mirror, which makes the instrument more sensitive and has a higher reading resolution.
The graduation value of the synthesized image level is generally 0.01M m/m. Because of the use of the screw adjusting device, the level is always in the horizontal position, and the blister instrument plays a zero-pointing role. The measuring range of the instrument can reach <5m m/m <10mm/m.
